Our story

Formerly operating as "Sproal & Associates Specialist Conveyancers", our firm was founded by former commercial lawyer Barry Sproal in in 2007 on the belief that property matters should be handled by dedicated specialists with the expertise and efficiency needed for fast-moving, deadline-driven transactions.

Sisters, Penny Sproal and Angie Sproal, joined the firm in 2011 after completing their studies, bringing fresh perspectives and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality service.

In 2012, the firm transitioned into a law practice, now operating as Sproal Property Law & Conveyancing. This allowed for an expansion of services to include complementary service areas such as subdivisions, commercial leases, and business sales and purchases.

Barry retired from the practice of law in late 2023 and now acts as a consultant, providing his knowledge and experience to support the team.
