We can assist with subdivision and strata subdivision matters in Tasmania.

Please note that subdivision matters can vary significantly in complexity. Before assessing our availability to assist, we generally require details of the proposed subdivision together with relevant documents from your surveyor.

Our role is limited to the legal and conveyancing aspects of the transaction and does not include surveying, planning, engineering, taxation, financial or development feasibility advice.

We currently have very limited to no capacity to accept new subdivision clients.

We will generally continue to assist:

  • existing clients;
  • past clients; and
  • selected referral matters,

depending on the scope of the project, timing requirements, and our current workload.
