Since 2007, Sproal Property Law & Conveyancing has helped people buy, sell, and transfer property across Tasmania.

Led by our directors Penny Sproal (left) and Angie Sproal (right), our friendly team is committed to making every property transaction simple, efficient, and stress-free.

With years of experience and thousands of successful transactions, Penny and Angie have guided clients through everything from first-home purchases to complex property transfers. Their proactive approach, clear communication, and genuine care for their clients have earned them a trusted reputation across Tasmania.

Our Story

Formerly operating as Sproal & Associates Specialist Conveyancers, Sproal Property Law & Conveyancing was founded in 2007 by commercial lawyer Barry Sproal on the belief that property matters should be handled by dedicated specialists with the expertise and efficiency needed for fast-moving, deadline-driven transactions.

Penny and Angie joined the firm in 2011 after completing their studies, bringing fresh perspectives and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality service.

In 2012, the firm transitioned into a law practice, now operating as Sproal Property Law & Conveyancing. This allowed for a slight expansion of services to include complementary areas such as subdivisions, commercial leases, and business sales and purchases.

Barry retired from the practice of law in late 2023 and now acts as a consultant, providing his knowledge and experience to support the team.
