Established in 2007 by commercial lawyer Barry Sproal, 'Sproal & Associates Specialist Conveyancers' set out with a clear goal: to establish a property-centric firm that people could trust for great service, devoid of an impersonal, big firm feel. Thanks to our unwavering commitment to constant improvement, our desire for knowledge, and our penchant for efficiency, we have stayed true to this vision.
We have evolved and grown over the years, transitioning to a law firm in 2012.
In the present day, we operate as Sproal Property Law & Conveyancing, a small law firm based in Tasmania, with a niche focus on conveyancing, subdivisions, commercial leases wills, and estates.
Our decision to concentrate our expertise and our relentless dedication have established us as leaders in our field.
