This is an overview of the costs and fees payable
to third-parties in your property transaction in 2023/24. As your property law and conveyancing

In addition to our costs, there will be search and registration fees payable. These are amounts paid to the local Council, the Water Authority, the Land Titles Office and other Government organisations for information about the property you are selling or buying.

You will also have to pay a government Stamp Duty on any purchase. The Stamp Duty payable varies according to the purchase price if the property is sold by a real estate on the open market. You can click here to calculate the stamp duty payable.
