This app has been designed with features that keep you updated by providing live matter information. Whether you simply want to check the quote or if you wish to keep track of progress, our app is for you. You’ll be able to clearly see each step in your matter so you understand the process.


Information is updated whenever a task is completed by us, saving you unnecessary time spent on phone calls and emails. The app will even send you notifications when a task has been updated, to make sure you’ve always got up to the minute information.

How do I activate my account?

How can I communicate with you?

Your will receive three forms of communication: Email, SMS and Push Notification.

You can tailor what communication you would like by heading into the profile settings.

If we chat with you via the app, you will receive a push notification that you have received a message. If you do not open the message within 5 minutes, a further email will be sent to you.

Note: we will need to initiate the conversation first for you to have access to the chat feature.

Can I use the app to chat directly with my lawyer?

Yes, you can chat with us at anytime throughout your transaction.

We can chat with you also. You will receive a push notification each time we send a chat.

Can I send you documents via the app or portal?

Yes, you can upload and send us documents via the chat feature. The document will be saved within the chat for future reference.

How secure is the app?

Our app developer uses the most secure technology on the market to guarantee the security of our data and communications.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Press 'Forgot your Password?' whilst in the app or portal to reset your password.

Do I have to use the app?

No, you do not have to use the app. It is optional.
